Terms of Sale - All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
a) Our Contract - When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
b) Pricing and Availability - Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel it.
c) Return or exchange an item - If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will then either credit your account or refund the value onto your credit card.
d) Faulty item - If the item you received is faulty, simply return the item or items to us, with a brief explanation of the fault. We will then do our best to replace the item. If this is not possible we will issue a credit note.
e) Received the wrong item - If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, simply return the items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will then do our best to replace the item with the correct one. If this is not possible we will either credit your account or refund the value onto your credit card.
